Cohabitation Adultery

A man named the agency to ask us if it would be feasible to do a background investigation into the man that was now cohabiting with his wife and son. The marriage had broken down after our client took a job in Oman. He was posted there for 3 months at a time. He told us his wife was very lonely and soon after about two months began an affair with this man. It didn’t last really long and his wife began to see an individual else. This affair lasted for about three months after which she went back with the 1st man.

Our client could not think how quickly his wife was unfaithful and that she had let one of these men into the household residence. Our client nonetheless stayed there when he returned to the UK in-between stints at work. His wife was denying the complete thing but our client had it from his 11 year old son and a excellent friend. Our client decided to file for divorce but all of the preparation took a lengthy time due to the fact he was not in the UK for quite long.

We carried out some surveillance on the household residence and the man was undoubtedly living there while our client was away at function. He also owned his own house which was empty except for some tiny items of furniture which he would want when he necessary to leave our clients residence. Our client told us that the man had put his house up for sale as he intended to move in with his wife on a permanent basis. We gave all of the evidence of cohabitation towards the client and he passed it onto his solicitor so he could file for divorce on grounds of adultery.
